Searching for a Costa Blanca home looks simple while you are browsing listings. Once you are serious about buying, different questions appear. Which town fits you outside the holiday season? Is the property genuinely well priced? How important is winter sun? Which viewing deserves a flight to Spain, and which can be ruled out beforehand? And how do you compare advice from parties who each look at your search through their own inventory?

That is the difference between browsing supply and preparing a purchase decision. byVERO first translates the life you want here into concrete criteria: how often will you be here, what do you want to do day to day, which location works, where are you willing to compromise and what total budget feels comfortable?
