01Introduction
We start with a free, no-obligation conversation. We discuss where you are, what you are looking for, how you plan to use the property and what matters most to you. We also explain how byVERO works and whether our approach suits you.
02Define
After the introduction we build a detailed search profile. Not only property type and bedrooms, but also lifestyle, location, sun, privacy, maintenance, amenities, future plans, budget, must-haves and no-goes.
03Search
Using the search profile as our starting point, we search broadly across the market through agents, developers, local contacts and relevant market parties — not from a single inventory of our own.
04Pre-select
We filter before you invest your time. We review information, ask additional questions and assess location, price, suitability and obvious points of attention before a property reaches your shortlist.
05Viewings
We plan relevant viewings logically and accompany you on location. We look beyond the first impression and point out things that are easy to miss when you are excited about a property.
06Assess
After a viewing we put the property in perspective. Does the asking price make sense? Does the location really fit? What about maintenance, practical use, permits and other matters that need further investigation?
07Negotiation & purchase
Once you have found the right home, we guide the negotiation and keep an overview of the purchase process and the specialists involved. We help ensure agreements are clear before you move forward.
08Completion
We stay involved through to key handover and help the separate steps connect. If you want local support afterwards, Property Management can continue from there.
