THE STORY
When you search for a Costa Blanca home from abroad, many important choices have to be made at a distance. Which town suits you? Which property is genuinely worth pursuing? How do you compare information from different agents, and what should you ask before booking a flight or making an offer? byVERO was created from the belief that this search can be more personal, coherent and critical.
That is why we deliberately choose a boutique approach: not as many properties and clients as possible at once, but enough attention to keep your original brief in view. It means listening before searching, looking at an area beyond high season, asking questions when information is unclear and being honest when a home is beautiful but does not make sense for you.
VÉRONIQUE
Véronique focuses on selecting properties personally. With an eye for detail, she considers atmosphere, layout, location and how a home fits the life you want to lead here. She listens to what matters to you and keeps looking where others stop, until the selection reflects your wishes and priorities.
JOUKE
Jouke focuses strongly on the conversation with the buyer, clarifying choices, negotiation and maintaining overview throughout the process. His role is to combine enthusiasm with commercial judgement and clear decision-making. Throughout the search, you have one consistent point of contact who knows your wishes, doubts and trade-offs.
PERSONAL
Because you work with the same point of contact throughout the process, you do not have to keep retelling your story. The original search brief, your priorities and the trade-offs we make together remain central.
